I’m not a Digital Specialist, or a SEO Guru – I am just a mother of two who is constantly seeking a Great Kids Getaway where I can unwind with my family and see my little ones enjoy themselves in a safe and fun environment (that won’t break the bank).

For the past few years, I have always been the go-to person for friends and family when it comes to Kids Friendly Accommodation, predominantly in the Western Cape area. People always say I find the nicest places and manage to locate the best spots. Well, with a Communications Degree (hardly ever put to use after changing careers) and a love for telling stories, I decided to start blogging our family Getaways.

Here you will get honest feedback and recommendations on places visited without any fancy schmancy designs or intricate pages. In addition to the Accommodation, I also review products that are great for taking along on holiday. This can range from foods, toiletries, clothing etc…anything that will be useful to a family when you go away. And with me being an avid Gin lover, I will always include reviews on any craft Gin I come across (parents also need to have fun!).
